Try using the Forgot password button on the IOTAS login screen. If you have an IOTAS account, a password reset email should arrive from support@iotashome.com within a few minutes. If you don't get that email, make sure you've entered your email address correctly and check your spam folder.


Still not getting a password reset email? If this is your first time trying to use the IOTAS app, ask your property management team to make sure they've created an IOTAS account for you. More on that here.
