After you move into your new smart home, your property management team will create an IOTAS account for you. When that happens, you'll receive a welcome email from email@example.com with a link to use to set up your account.

Did the account activation link in your welcome email expire?
Open the IOTAS Home app and tap Forgot Your Password? to request a fresh link.
