When you move into your smart apartment, your property management team will create an IOTAS account for you and your other lease-signers, if you have them.  No one else will have the ability to control your smart apartment, unless you decide to grant them access by giving them a roommate account.

If you'd like to invite someone to control and customize your smart home, please follow these steps. Don't worry! You can remove roommates that you add in the app at any time.
