Anyone who co-signed your lease should receive an account from your property team. If you have any friends or family you'd also like to share access to your smart home with, you can add them as another roommate to your home.

★ Important note ★

Roommates will have the ability to control and customize your smart devices, as well as the ability to create and modify scenes and routines.

Here's how to add someone as a roommate:

1. Open the IOTAS app.
2. Tap the profile icon in the top-left corner.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Tap Roommates.
5. Tap the purple (+) add icon.
6. Type your guest's name and email address into the space provided.
7. Tap Add roommate.
8. Your guest will receive an email from support@iotashome.com with instructions on setting up their IOTAS account and getting started with our app.
