If you need to cancel a guest's upcoming visit or remove a recurring guest, follow these steps.
Tap the profile button in the top-left of the IOTAS app and select Guests.

The guest access menu will only appear in our app if your property installed compatible locks and has elected to enable this feature.</p>
Tap the three dots to the right of the guest's name in the Active Guests section.
Select Remove Access.
Review their currently scheduled access and select Remove access again to confirm the removal.
Your guest will receive an email notifying them their access key has been removed. Additionally, any other lease-signers in your home will receive an email notifying them that a guest's access has been removed.
As soon as you remove access in the IOTAS app, the virtual access key your guest previously received will stop working.
