For security reasons, residents can't create their own IOTAS accounts. Instead, your building's property management team will create an account for you when you move into your smart apartment. When they've done that, you'll receive an email from support@iotashome.com with instructions on activating your account. 


If you haven't received an email about setting up your IOTAS account, please ask your property management team to make sure that they created an account for you.
