After you move into your new smart home, your property management team will create an IOTAS account for you. When that happens, you'll receive a welcome email from support@iotashome.com with a link to use to set up your account.

Haven't received a welcome email?

Tap Get Started on the bottom of our app's login page and enter your email address on the next screen. 


If your property team has created your account, you'll receive another copy of our welcome email. If not, you'll receive an email asking you to remind your property team to create your IOTAS account.


Did the account activation link in your welcome email expire?

Open the IOTAS app and tap Forgot password to request a fresh link.
